Our warranty, in plain English
If stain we applied peels or flakes off a deck floor within 2 years, or off railings, fences or siding within 3 years, we come back and fix that area for free — labor and materials.

What's covered
- Peeling, flaking or lifting of the finish we applied
- Labor and materials to prep and recoat the failed area
- Railings, posts, fences and log walls for the longer vertical term
What's not covered
- Normal fading and wear in high-traffic spots (that is what maintenance coats are for)
- Damage from furniture, grills, pets, planters, ice melt or pressure washing by others
- Wood that is rotten, split or soaked by a leak or bad drainage
- Solid stain on deck floors gets a 1-year term, because film finishes are known to wear faster on walking surfaces
Your part
- Keep the deck swept and clear of leaf piles
- Call us within 30 days of noticing a problem
- Transferable once to a new owner if you sell the home
